My name is Eric Massot Torné and I am an independent agent who, after years of working in different branches of the real estate world and after working as a commercial manager for a large investment fund and one of the most important property managers in Barcelona, ​​​​I decided to embark on this new adventure in 2021 to contribute all my experience to help and accompany my clients in one of the most important decisions of their lives, the purchase and sale of a property.I consider myself an excellent business manager, as well as an expert negotiator, where the most important thing for me is to take into account and, above all, understand the needs and desires of my clients in order to be more effective in achieving the goals set.My number one goal is to go hand in hand with my clients throughout the entire purchase and sale process, and thus be able to anticipate all those doubts that may arise thanks to my experience, professionalism and dedication.I also offer a comprehensive service from the best professionals from different disciplines to always provide the best price and service to my clients.

Purchase And Sale

Thanks to my extensive knowledge of the market, I carefully evaluate every detail of the property, carrying out an accurate appraisal to highlight its key points and maximize its value.

Developing a strategic marketing plan tailored to each property, including a photo book and a 360º virtual tour. This allows buyers to experience the property without the need of physically visiting, optimizing visits and speeding up the sale for the satisfaction of my clients.

Rentals

Thanks to my experience as a rental sales manager, my goal is not only to rent quickly, but to find the best tenant profile at the best price allowed by law.

To enhance the rent, I'm personally position the property with quality images, 360º virtual tour, videos, and a prominent presence in the major web portals real estate, thereby closing the car in the shortest possible time.

Once I receive the leads from the different portals, I apply a rigorous filter, requesting the necessary financial documentation so that the non-payment insurance approves the profile, thus providing greater peace of mind to the owner, even if they do not decide to take it out.

In addition, I ask interested parties with a letter of presentation to learn more about your profile. Once validated by the owner, we proceed to the wording of the agreement, digital signature, key collection and exchange of supplies to the name of the new tenant.
